I’m not the most organized person and this lead me to explore a variety of GAfE (Google APPS for Education) features to overcome my organizational problems. Recently I discovered the Task List built into both GMAIL and Google Calendar. Task Lists are simply To-Do Lists which can be found in a separate pane inside of both Google Calendar and GMAIL. Tasks Lists are easy to use and access as both a To-Do List or Organization List.
OPENING A TASK LIST IN GMAIL
- Click the mail dropdown arrow to open the menu
- Scroll down to tasks and click
- A Task List Pane will Open in the Lower Righthand Corner
OPENING A GOOGLE CALENDAR TASK LIST
