Recently I discovered tweenagers know very little about storing or accessing Documents saved in Google Drive. The reality hit me after viewing a student opening a document from the Doc Icon located in the Google APP Launcher. I thought another language was rolling off my tongue when I asked, “Was the document saved in your ELA Folder?” The student said yes it is in my Google Doc and proceeded to open the doc icon. This told me the student didn’t realize there is one storage place where all doc, slides, sheets, drawings and etc… can be organized inside of subject specific folders.
