There is nothing worse then observing someone becoming frustrated while learning to use new technology. Especially when the frustration is caused due to technology glitches. It is important to teach both students young and old to back out when technology malfunctions. Try it again later and sometimes it works! If it doesn’t then call someone in to help you troubleshoot the situation.
Don’t immediately think you did something wrong and this is why the program, APP, or etc… isn’t working. This is not generally the case when the digital device doesn’t listen to a common command.
Tech Tip: Sometimes it is better to lose what you have created and start all over just to find out you didn’t cause the “Glitch”.
