There are several steps to follow for inserting a Google Forms Graph into a Google Slides Presentation. It isn’t hard to do and the benefits are well worth it!
How to Insert Google Forms Chart into a Google Slides
First please link the Google Forms to a Spreadsheet:
- Open a form in Google Forms.
- At the top, click RESPONSES.
- Below, click More
.
- Select Response Destination
- Choose Create New Spreadsheet
Next insert the type of chart you want from the data collected into the spreadsheet
- Open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets.
- Select the cells with data you want to include in your chart. Note: To make labels on your chart, add a header row or column to your data.
- Click Insert > Chart.
- In the “Recommendations” tab, choose a chart style. For more options, click Chart types.
- To edit your chart, click Customization.
- To create the chart, click Insert.
Or use the explore tool to drag a chart into the spreadsheet
- Open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets.
- Click the Column with Data
- Click Explore Lower right corner
- Drag the Chart to the Sheet
- Click the Chart’s Down arrow to Move to a new sheet in the spreadsheet
Last Step: Insert Chart into Google Slide Presentation
- Open a Google Slides Presentation
- Select Layout choose blank
- Go to Insert and Select Chart
- Click from Sheets
- Choose Sheet and Click Select
- Select the Chart
- Click Import
