Just love, love, love the new “Schedule Feature’ Gmail now offers! Why is scheduling emails a beautiful feature to have? It allows the user to compose and schedule an email for automated later delivery on a later date. Much easier than saving in drafts and manually sending the email on a specific date. I like writing messages ahead of time and going back to make edits. Scheduling emails make this a one step process. Imagine no need to stress over forgetting to send an email ever again!
Steps for Scheduling Gmail
- Open Gmail
- Click Compose
- Add Contact
- Type Subject

- Type Email
- Click Down Arrow on Right Side of Send Button
- Select Schedule Send
- Choose One of the Recommended Dates
- or Select a Custom Date & Time

- Select Schedule Send

- Choose One of the Recommended Dates
- or Select a Custom Date & Time

NOTE: Once a date and time is selected a message pop-ups for confirmation

If you want to edit or view the Scheduled Message click the schedule label. You will find a listing of schedule emails under the schedule label.
